Oy Teboil Ab is owned by PAO LUKOIL, which acquired the company's entire share capital on 23 March 2005. LUKOIL is one of the world's largest oil companies and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

LUKOIL is one of the world's largest oil companies. The company's main areas of operation include oil and gas exploration and production, and it also refines and sells oil products. LUKOIL is the world's fourth-largest privately-owned oil producer. The company controls 0.8% of the world's proven oil reserves and 2.2% of global oil production. 

LUKOIL operates in 39 different countries on four continents with over 110,000 employees. LUKOIL's network of service stations operates in 26 countries with almost 6,000 service stations.

In 2014, LUKOIL's turnover was $144.2 billion US dollars. LUKOIL was the first Russian company to be listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2002.
