Material bank terms of use
The purpose of the Material Bank terms of use is to grant access rights for the Oy Teboil Ab material bank (“Material Bank”) to the user (“User”). These terms and conditions apply to registration for and use of the Material Bank.
The Material Bank allows the User to process marketing materials (“Material”) stored in the Material Bank in sales, marketing and communication within Finland in relation to Teboil’s products or business operations. Use of the Material outside Finland must always be agreed separately with Teboil.
Use of the Material Bank requires a username and password. The User is responsible for safeguarding the username and password. The password is personal, and the User is responsible for the use of Material accessed from the Material Bank. The Material Bank may be used only in accordance with the law, other regulations and good practice.
The User has the right, without the prior written consent of Teboil, to copy, store and process Material in the Material Bank. With regard to Material copied, stored or processed by the User, the User is responsible for ensuring that publication of the Material does not violate third parties or infringe the proprietary, intellectual or other rights of third parties and is not in breach of law or in violation of good practice.
Users do not have the right to modify the Teboil logotype, product images, registered trademarks or any other brand symbols owned by Teboil.
Teboil has the right to modify the Material Bank and its content, availability and compatibility requirements at any time. Teboil has the right to restrict the User’s access to Material in the Material Bank.
The User is obligated to provide Teboil with the necessary and accurate information upon registering for the Material Bank, and keep said information up-to-date. Teboil has the right to process information provided by the User in its own data files. If the User does not log in to the Material Bank within six months after the last login, the User’s information will be erased from the data files and the Username deactivated.
By registering for the Material Bank, the User accepts these terms of use. Teboil has the right to restrict the User’s access to the Material Bank without a separate reason. Teboil has the right to amend the terms of use to the Material Bank without prior notice.
