USER ACCOUNTS AND LOGIN
Will my Teboil customer card work even if I haven't registered as a user of the Oma Teboil online service?
Yes. You can use the Teboil Customer Card even if you do not use the Oma Teboil online service.
Forgotten password
Click on the Forgot password button on the login page of your Oma Teboil online service to get a new password.
Forgotten username
Oma Teboil username is the email address you provided when applying for the card. If you have forgotten it, please contact our customer service.
New card to replace lost or damaged one
You can easily close a non-functioning or lost Customer Card from the Cards page of your own Teboil online service. From the same page, you can also find a link to order a new card for yourself.
Adding cards to the information.
If you have a Teboil Customer Card that is not visible in your information, you can add it as follows: On the Cards page, there is a button "Add card", which you can click to enter the card number into Your Teboil. The card in question will be added to your information.
PURCHASE HISTORY
What information can I find on the purchase history tab?
From the purchase history tab, you can see all purchases made with your customer card, products, and the benefits/discounts received from them. If you wish, you can transfer this information to Excel.
MY INFORMATION AND MARKETING PERMISSIONS
How have my information ended up on the My Data page?
You will either enter the information into the system when filling out the card application.
Marketing messages from Teboil
You can change the marketing permissions for text messages and emails on the My Account page. After making the changes, click Save.
I no longer want to receive marketing messages from Teboil. What should I do?
You can change your marketing permission on the My Information page. Remove marketing permissions for text messages and emails and click Save changes. The changes will take effect within a few days.
Change of address and other personal information changes
You can edit your other information on the "My details" page, but changing your date of birth can be done by contacting our customer service. Remember to mention your customer card number. Do not write your personal identity code in the message.
