The general VAT rate will change on September 1, 2024

The Parliament decided on 28th June 2024 to increase the general value-added tax.

The standard value-added tax rate will increase from 24 percent to 25.5 percent starting from September 1, 2024. Please note that the value-added tax is determined based on the delivery date of goods and services.

As a result, the invoicing price may differ from the price at the time of ordering, even for those customers and products to which the price on the order date normally applies.

The price for the customer will change in those situations where the order was placed before September 1, 2024, but the delivery takes place starting from September 1, 2024.
